The event runs from 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 29 and Thursday, May 30 at Fishers High School. Enter through Door FH19.
Lunch is on your own both days and is scheduled from 11:30 a.m.-Noon. However, many afternoon sessions do not begin until 12:30 p.m. Please note the start time for your afternoon sessions when creating your schedule.
Note that sessions vary in length. When building your schedule, make sure to pay attention to start and end times so that you can fill your schedule for the day.
If you already have a Sched Account, you can use the same sign in credentials from before.
If you don’t have a Sched Account: Click ’Sign Up’ (upper right). Sign Up with school email is recommended (but you may use any email of your choice).
2. Build your schedule
After your account is created, log in and click bubbles to choose your sessions.
Your schedule automatically saves on the site.
Click a bubble to ’uncheck’ if you need to withdraw from the session at any time - this will open your seat to others.
Part time employees are required to choose an equivalent number of hours of learning in line with what their normal hours would be.
Special Notes: Bus Drivers:
All bus drivers are required to sign up for the Annual Safety Meeting with Zach McKinney. This session should only be attended once and is offered:
Wednesday, May 29

Other useful information:
In Sched, you can choose your view by changing the drop down option under ’Schedule’. Simple shows titles - hover over title to see details in a pop out window. Expanded shows titles + details for every session. Grid shows the sessions in blocks, so you can check for overlapping times.
Sessions may have attendance limits, so register early and please release your seat if you are unable to attend or choose a different session.
